Your topic is too generalistic hence it has to change. Some of things you said are true but not all are correct. Choice of university: : There is nothing wrong in a candidate choosing a state university over federal university. This stereotype thinking has made many to loose admission because they insist on attending federal universities. Many Nigeria students are deceive into thinking that once am in federal schools i would do well as it is easier. They forget that same energy mr A puts in while in state school can also be put in federal schools to get results.Admission is difficult now because there is pressure is on public universities than private universities. You said it is easier to get admission in federal universities than state. This assertion of yours isn't true. There are high applicant applying for different federal universities .These schools have quota allocated to them. How do you expect candidates to easily get admission when 36,000 students applied for post utme of 6,000 slots. What happens to the remaining 30,000?. It means the university takes just 17% out of 100%. So how is it easy. The state universities have their issues but saying admission into federal universities is easier isn't true.
