THE REAL STORY BEHIND THE ADOPTION OF MR FELIX OBISIKE At about 7:53am on the 14-02-2017, I received a massage with the heading Npower which reads “a delegation from the office of the president on N-Power is coming to address Abia State N-power beneficiaries. There will be physical head counts. Venue: No Item street, umuahia, date : Friday 15th Feb, 2019.
