Can someone just tell me what will work in this country, do we lack human or natural resourses?Check out the following and please tell me which of 'em is in order: 1. EDUCATION 2. JUDICIAL SYSTEM 3. GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS 4. POLICE / SECURITY 5.FEDERAL FIRE SERVICE 6.PRISON 7.NEPA/ POWER HOLDER 8.TRANSPORT SYSTEM 9.HOSPITALS 10. INEC 11.PUBLIC LIBRARIES 12. ETC WHY ARE THESE THINGS WORKING IN OTHER COUNTRIES IF THEY ARE NOT IN NIGERIA |
