VACANCIES FOR IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT
ACCOUNTANT I
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare statutory and periodic (monthly, quarterly and yearly) financial reports and information including financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement), management account, annual accounts, cash flow statement, and note to the account for the Holdings Company and its subsidiaries
2. Record and prepare intercompany-financial transactions in terms of borrowing of funds from one company to offset expenditures of the other company(s) taking note of the debts each company is owing the other and effecting the repayment to know their balances as at when due.
3. Prepare and submit monthly bank reconciliation for Holding company and each of its subsidiaries.
4. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile financial transactions on Sage 50 software
5. Update books of account, financial records on inflow and outflow statements as well as Supervise daily accounting activities and journal entries in the ledger.
6. Responsible for tax management for all the companies including filing.
7. Engage with both internal and external auditors to Prepare and finalize the audited accounts for all the companies and all other related activities.
8. Fortnight endorsement of cash book prepared by Accountant III
9. Participate actively in contract bidding and financial Exercise
10. Carry out other responsibilities as given by the management.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES II
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. See to safe keeping of Staff files and storage.
2. Prepares correspondence and other letters.
3. Attend and process staff request.
4. Analyzes and evaluates requests from department personnel
5. Represents the company in all bidding opening as it may be assigned by higher authority.
6. Preparation of employment letter.
7. Preparation of Bid Documents
8. Preparation of query letters, agreements and reports
9. Involves in the banking functions – Assignments.
10. To check through Newspaper for job Adverts
11. To participate in the preparation of Minute of meetings
12. To participate in the Interview process for all Recruitment into the organization
13. Any other assignments as it may be assigned by the Senior Management staff & CEO.

INTERNAL AUDITOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Communicate findings of investigation to management and report audit activities.
2. Work with the account department in reconciling the financial statement of the company
3. Review the payroll to ensure rights and obligations as well as accuracy and valuation
4. Cost Control: - Monitor all project cost and ensure that cost do not rise above budget
5. Ensure compliance with law and regulatory deductions; VAT, PAYE, PENSION etc are remitted as when due
6. Review the cashbook on daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
7. Negotiate terms with Suppliers and Vendors
8. Review and be a part of the approval process for all payment memo and vouchers of the company
9. Analyze and investigate monthly financial accounts
10. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyzes in all areas of the Holdings Company and its subsidiaries.
11. Liase and negotiate with third parties like Architects, Engineers and subcontractors on the effective execution of projects
12. Liase with the external auditor on audit matters as regards to the company book of account.
13. Carry out other responsibility as given by the management
