I would have been providing the TruYou service a long time ago... But OfferUp security is really tight.
If you buy an TruYou acc, and try login on your own phone other than the mobile of the original owner.. You will likely be hit with Mobile Verification to provide the code sent to us mobile registered to the acc..

So in this case, except the person is a permanent owner of the phone no used and ready to send code to you.. It's impossible to get passed this stage..
