I listened to inec chairman response when the concern was raised. He said the said aspirant has been handling the PVC contract since 2011, when PDP are in government, and that there is no cause for alarm. Pls let's understand issue b4 making comments. The National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu, has admitted that the person who supplies the machines used in printing the Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and the PVC itself to the commission, is a candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for Niger East Senatorial District, Senator Mohammed Musa.
