Ogun 2019: Kashamu's wife woos plank sellers

*Says husband will make life better for Ogun people if elected


In continuation of her door-to-door campaign for her husband and other Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidates, Mrs. Susan Kashamu, the wife of the Ogun Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship Candidate, Senator Buruji Kashamu on Monday visited plank sellers at Ijebu-Igbo Sawmill, Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State.

Addressing the people, the soft-spoken Mrs. Kashamu, urged the plank sellers to vote for her husband and other PDP candidates in the forthcoming Presidential/National Assembly and Governorship/State Assembly elections, saying a PDP government will make life better for the people of the state

"As you know, my husband under the auspices of Omoilu Foundation has been assisting the masses across the South West and beyond over the years. If elected, he will deliver the dividends of democracy to the electorate. He is a man of the people. It is his intention to run an inclusive government, a government which every indigene of the state can own.

"I urge you to go out en masse and vote for PDP candidates in the election of February 23rd and my husband in the March 9 governorship and House of Assembly elections. As you all know, he is "Alaanu Mekunnu" (benefactor of the masses); if you elect him, he will take Ogun State to greater heights," Mrs Kashamu said.

Responding, the Chairman of the Plank Sellers Association in the Local Government Area, Alhaji Shina Aliu, commended Mrs. Kashamu for visiting the sawmill, saying they would return Senator Kashamu's good deeds by going out en masse to cast their votes for him and other PDP candidates.

"It is pay back time. We shall troop out in large numbers to cast our votes for him and other PDP candidates. He has assisted a lot of our people; we shall pay him back with our votes," Aliu said.

The Zonal Chairman of Allied Truck Transporters Association of Nigeria,
Mr. Akinropo Akinwande and the Unit Chairman of the association, Mr. Adeniyi Akinyemi also assured Mrs. Kashamu of the support of the association, describing her husband as a "son of the soil".

This man has divided Ijebu votes.

The other guy who never graduated from U.I but has a degree in "Business Administration Accounting" will slug it out with this one who is equally yoked with illicit drugs.

Its a win win for the Yewa's.
