Squint, medically know as Strabismus as shown in the pictures below is actually not a permanent condition. It can be treated.

This eye condition mainly arises due to an incorrect balance of muscles, refractive error, childhood illnesses, nerve palsy etc..

At the Indians owned 'Thelish eye center' in Kaduna, the best eye clinic in Nigeria I must say, especially when it comes to surgery. It costs about 500,000 (five hundred) thousand naira to carry out a squint surgery on a child.
