All Progressives Congress (APC) Directorate of Election Planning and Monitoring has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari deserves re-election.

Mr Babatunde Fashola, Director of the Directorate and Minister of Power, Works and Housing, at a news conference in Abuja on Wednesday, said government must perform and that failure to do so by the Jonathan administration helped Buhari defeat the former president in 2015.

Fashola added that the people would not see a government that was responding to their needs after several years of neglect and not connect with it.

“It is their responsibility now to keep this government in office by re-electing it to do more.

“The reason we had a change of government in 2015 was because the government then was not responding to the needs of majority of Nigerians,” he said.

Fashola noted that if the electoral process was made transparent, all the rumours about rigging the elections would be dispelled.

He added that scrutinising the electoral process would lead to a free, fair and credible general elections which all Nigerians desired.

He said APC was confident that the votes of the electorate were out there, waiting for it.

“We know that the votes are out there, we know that the people will vote for us because our party has worked very hard even with limited resources to do impossible things.

“We have built bridges, roads and many other things, and we are ready to face the electorate with the results of our works in government,” he said.

All Progressives Congress (APC) Directorate of Election Planning and Monitoring has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari deserves re-election.
Mr Babatunde Fashola........said government must perform and that failure to do so by the Jonathan administration helped Buhari defeat the former president in 2015.

Dunning Kruger Effect; "Wherein incompetent people do not only fail to realize their incompetence but consider themselves more competent than anyone else."

So if Fashola is hallucinating about poor performance by the then Jonathan was what led to its ouster, the unanswer questions remain:
-1).Can Fashola beat his chest to say that the APC has performed credibly well way beyond the PDP the govt replaced in background of the following:
TheCable understands that at least three million Nigerians have slipped into extreme poverty between November 2018 and February 2019.

According to the World Poverty Clock, created by Vienna-based World Data Lab, 91.16 million Nigerians were living below a dollar a day as of February 13, 2019.

In June 2018, the Brookings Institution projected that Nigeria had overtaken India, as the poverty capital of the world, with 86.9 million extremely poor people.

This was further confirmed by the British Prime Minister Theresa May, who said Nigeria had become home to the largest number of very poor people in the world, putting the figures at 87 million.

Today, India has 48.7 million people living in poverty, from 73 million in June 2018. By implication, India has pulled out a minimum of 24 million people from poverty in less than eight months
https://www.thecable.ng/just-in-91-million-nigerians-now-living-in-extreme-poverty/amp

-2).Is the PDP still responsible for the poor epileptic power supply Nigeria is experiencing today given that the same Fashola once said "the only way to have 24hours electricity is to vote out the PDP"?

“The ship of the APC is fast sinking and is obviously beyond redemption. Nigerians are daily convinced that that the APC was a mistake made in 2015 and are also resolved that they are a mistake to be corrected in 2019.”

Meanwhile, the earlier Fashola knows that Buhari never truly won the 2015 election but that Jonathan lost because of a large scale gangup, the earlier he will be cured from his paranoid delusion.

Figures obtained from the website of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have confirmed how the use of card readers in 2015 polls influenced the voting pattern in the presidential election.

According to a report on the commission’s website, the All Progressives Congress (APC) got most of the votes cast without bio-metric verification during the election.
The report confirms an earlier analysis by TheCable on the voting statistics.

According to the report, 13,536,311 votes were cast manually during the 2015 presidential poll, representing 42.6 percent of the 31,746,490 accredited voters.

Of that number, the INEC report showed 10,184,720 votes representing 75 percent of the total votes cast were from states won by Muhammadu Buhari, then presidential candidate of the APC, while 3,351,591 votes representing 25 percent came from states won by Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The report also showed that 10 states mostly affected by manual voting include Kebbi, Zamfara, Niger, Bauchi, Plateau, Kaduna, Jigawa, Katsina, Sokoto and Kano: the APC won in nine of the states.
