VP Osinbanjo's quack Economic team which had Fashola and disgraced Kemi Adeosun as members wanted the Senate to give Buhari extraordinary powers to sell off national assets . Fashola had the audacity to state that Buhari can declare state of emergency on the economy from where Buhari can dispose of federal govt properties across Nigeria .
