Some years back during my ND days I do carry weight (I mean I'm a weight lifter) it was so fun then but some years later I began to feel pain in my chest (lower the neck) but I thought it was a little stuff but now its swollen and really painful... What can I do pls |

I don't think its the weight you lifted.. Lower neck isn't chest too. Go see a Doctor but in the main time buy chest and lungs its #150 a pack with 10 tablets ... Finish it and avoid cold things .. Also use a mentol on it with warm water to see if the swelling can melt down |
