I believe the policies you'll introduce in your second tenure will pave way for more infrastructure and you'll be more ruthless and brutal to looters of our treasury, bad energy and terrorist because unfortunately it'll be your last and i believe you'll have nothing to loose if you clamp on LOOTERS.
