Why should the President do the work of the state and LG chairmen.?

That is how some people were blaming GEJ for not providing potable water for his hometown, forgetting that there are state and LG chairmen.

After, you people will be crying for true federalism. .Well...true federalism involves more responsibility for the lower echelons of government. Unless we abolish all states, LG, and regions, and make Abuja do everything for you people.
