@ALL,i ws on fone yesternight wit an official of OAU computer section(d comptrollers of d eportal).we talked for 10 mins.i was opportuned 2 forward our grievances, upon which our discussion was based,and wit adequate enunciation on som puzzling issues concerning our registratn details,which i wl summarize below.abt d CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT,it is simply NETWORKING DEFECTS majorly 4rm Skye bank.he said dat protocol demands dat each bank sends d Students' payment Notification to a link known to dem(in d computer section),afterwhich,dey wil now update it in d students' account on d Eportal.dis implies dat d banks av no direct access to our portal in crediting our account,xcept tru OAU COMPUTER UNIT.he said further dat Intercontinental banks av bin more efficient in alerting dem on time,while, Zenith banks ar most efficient;alerting dem even barely 3hours after payment.so,dose paying thru dose nifty banks mite get dr account confirmed earlier dan Skye banks.albeit,we shudnt blame d banks for dr shortcomings since d method adopted n ds yr's admissn (N.B.scratch card paying method av bin used in past years)is stil NEW,in which dey ar tryin 2 adapt.howeva,for dose dat av paid,no cause 4 alarm,xcept 4 a slight delay;kip on checking.concernin ACCOMODATION FILM-TRICK,it's just a miscalculation.wat dey ar tryin 2 do is make up d bed space (4 freshers)on time,and upon our arrival on Jan17.so,it wil b resolved soon;kip checking.On d ENIGMATIC 'PICTURE NO'.he said,dat is irrelevant 4 now.afterwhich we'v bin screened,we shal b summoned in dr section(probably he meant d ICT),dey shal take down our passport,and give it a number each,and thru which,d individual wl use 2 load dr picture,inorder 2 print out d printables.abt d wrangling news on FEE SLASHING,dont even tink abt it! Mtchewwwww, those people finally gave me Angola! Anywayz, i heard most 100level students are usually given angola. My Mum has ordered me to go to Ife first thing tommorrow morning to pay all fees, i've got no choice peeps; i will be going to Ife 1st thing tommorrow morning.

OMG! I av just checked my status on eportal and it says admitted for Economics education instead of accounting. I tinj dis is d 2nd list cos av checked my status on d 19th of Dec it says not yet admitted. Wat shuld I do? A close associate 2 d vc whom i know said my name is on d Vc list and d course given 2 me on Vc list is accounting. I know God is still working on it!

Dear Lord babs, Ur position in the ongoing struggle by the leadership of the student union, is to say the least, unfortunate. I refuse to fix blames on ur stand b/c u have no idea what it entails to be a leader in a union such as OAU's. Given the vibrancy of the union as compared to others in other schools, u will not expect anything less. But for this kind of struggle, which u wrote off without a second thought, our fees would have been at an all time high. I expected ur reaction to be that of appreciation. I will say no further because i'm opptmistic that u will learn the details yourself once u resume ur studentship. Until then, i pray u to assume an appreciative mood than what i read supra b/c these leaders sacrifices alot for our sake. They equally suffer a great deal of victimization.

hello guy i have been given bed space before which is faj but i dont see it there again & i rgust for another one but d think saw there was u have already given bedspace so ur rguest will not be granted but later i saw angola in my acc the following day angola done disapeir so what can i going to do now
