In the video, The man said the millitary didn't come to rescue of the woman until he voice out and then the military men decides to follow the man's car to the an hospital.

In the secound video posted on getting to an hospital close by The doctor was seen saying they can't attend to the injured woman because the injury is too severe and they should carry her to another hospital that is not even close by.
