Senate President Bukola Saraki might just be on his way out of the upper legislative chamber, having lost three of the four local government areas in Kwara central senatorial district.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the results of the election in Ilorin south, Ilorin west and Asa local government areas.

In all, Ibrahim Oloriegbe secured 72,277 while Saraki trailed with 38,919 votes, leaving a margin of 33,358.

He'll definitely find recourse in Atiku's cabinet if he loses his senatorial seat. Chief of staff perhaps.

This is laughable!

The Jack Bauer and James Bond of Nigerian politics has been totally disgraced.

Shame on him and his acclaimed political tactics.

Saraki is just like Kepa Arrizabalaga tonight

You don't know better than your boss.

And after Atiku loss, that will be the final burial ceremony of his political career. He will become irrelevant like Fayose.

Chai

C'est fini!

This is the same reason i want Buhari out, when these politicians know that the people have the power to boot them out they will begin to value the people more and work to earn the people's votes in the next elections. Those without intentions to work will be deterred to even contest to save themselves the embarrassment such as this.
