The candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari, is leading the candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, with the difference of 418,851 votes in last Saturday’s presidential election. According to results declared by 16 local governments’ INEC collation officers, before the state’s Presidential Collation Officer, Professor Abubakar Gunduri, the APC candidate scored a total number of 466,439 against his PDP rival Atiku Abubakar,that pulled 47,583 votes. ADVERTISEMENT As at the time of filling this report, the state collation officer is taking final result from the last local government area, Nangere, to declare the winner.
