Role Summary
- To receive all the cash and post transactions and make sure all payments are made correctly
- Reporting to the restaurant manager at the end of the night
- Make note of list of creditors for each night and hand over to restaurant manager
- Be responsible for Cash & cost booking and monitor daily process.
- Analyse the cost and manage the vendor and customer
- Reporting and analyzing data provided by different tools and system for annual audit and tax.
- Other works assigned by manager
Experience & Qualification
Must have basic book keeping and numerate skills.
Initiative, Planning, ability to operate computer systems and specialized software, ability to solve problems
BSc/HND with 1-3 years’ experience in Accounting, Statistics, Basic Math, Business Administration.

Role Summary
- To supervise all activities on the floor
- To greet customers and speak to them to ensure they are satisfied
- To make sure service is speedy and people are being attended to properly
- To ensure all staff are at work on time and all working at full capacity
