The turnout % is calculated based on PVC collection figures. Which would be approx 5.5 million in Lagos. So more like 20% turnout.

Math lesson aside, of course the Lagos turnout was abysmal. But a large margin in Lagos has never figured in Atiku's blueprint for how to win the elections.

His strategy has always been to whittle down Buhari's lead in the North East and North West, fight Buhari to a standstill in the South West, win the North Central and then use massive Bloc votes in the SE, SS to win the elections.

The SE has so far failed to perform to expectations.
