TGM2015:

The can't cancel an election based on rejected or invalid votes. It is only when the total number of registered voters in polling units where elections were not conducted or elections cancel is greater than the margin/difference that the election can be declared inconclusive.
Oh really, thats good to know

Even if a rerun is declared because of cancelled votes, its not a general rerun.

The rerun is only going to take place at the places where votes were cancelled.

As the nation stands now our major problem is not even policies as most of you elites will argue ... there stages to actualisation of growth or development .
We currently need implementation, continuity & maintainance culture enforced into our system across board ... buhari has tendencies of actualizing these judging from is 1st term.
Their is no way we will talk of knowledge without derailing to policies ... i av read thru atiku manifesto & promise they are not different from what politicians tells us every 4yrs ... atiku never talks of infrastractural building ,is major goal is to privatize n how do you creat jobs when you privatize as a govt .does it mean nigeria can leave on taxes alone just like england n the rest of them , imagine what the standard of living will be wen nnpc & refinery are collectively in the hands of privatise ... a country that as no effecient regulatory body or consumer protection how will the govt save us .. private owners are in business to maximize profit .
We need buhari to correct these system then someoneelse with knowledge will come in
I'm not a Buhari supporter. But you're the first person that has given a reason that I can understand. I don't agree with you....but I can actually understand your logic. It does make sense and I can agree that the one good thing Buhari does is continuity.

I suspect Delta, Rivers, Cross River and Bayelsa might come up with serious numbers in favour of PDP. If not, why are the results from South South not being announced even at the state level? They are busy cooking numbers.

Not all PUs. Dont believe everything you hear or see. We have almost 120,000 PUs in Nigeria. INEC has record of them all.

Who are Atiku's supporters from the beginning? After OBJ denied him the ticket in 2007 by handing it over to Late Umaru Musa Yar'adua, Atiku decamped to AC(Action Congress) under Tinubu, where he contested the election and lost. Few years after, he decamped back to PDP claiming AC was not a good party. He then contested primary against Jonathan in PDP, 2010. OBJ was instrumental again, Atku lost to Jonathan. Few years after, he left PDP again to return to ACN which had merged with other parties to become APC. In 2014 he lost the ticket to Buhari. Few years later, same Atiku decamped back to the PDP for the third time. Either by hook or crook, he got the ticket and now he's about to lose and people are crying foul.

Can you tell me if there's any unstable and desperate politician in the history of Nigeria that can be compared with Atiku? Hell No. By moving from one party to another, he has no single supporter. Forget Saraki, Ben Bruce, Kwankwaso, etc they're only supporting Atiku because they're not happy with Buhari. If not so, why didn't they support him in 2011 or 2014 to pick the ticket in PDP and APC respectively? Cos he has no political stamina. He's never loyal to anyone apart from himself. He's so greedy and selfish, a looter and an exploiter. Nigeria doesn't deserve someone like that and God will never allow him get there.

So buhari is not desperate?

Voided votes reaching 600k, rerun loading o

Rerun can only happen if the margin of victory is less than the total number of registered voters in places where election was cancelled.

And even at that, such a rerun will only be conducted at those places where elections were cancelled.

My dear

Atiku can't divide the vote in North because northerners will not vote for him as they see him as a liberal man who doesn't give a fuckkkk about ethnicity, religion and he doesn't have the born to rule mentality

Imagine how it would have been if it was buhari Vs el rufai?

They will share the vote because both have the same agenda
stop repeating this stupid post please. repeating what others said or post without even bothering to think for a second if it's true or not will only make you look dumber than you already are... so you know all this about him because you're is father abi.
He doesn't have the born to rule mentality yet he's been trying everything possible to become President for more than 15years now and has spent crazy amounts of money especially in the last 2 elections where he outspent everyone else in the primaries.
BTW what religion are is wives practicing, I heard there's an Igbo lady amongst them?

If care is not taken, I see a rerun loading... Just watch

Article 134 (2) of the Nigerian Constitution stipulates that a presidential candidate will be duly elected after attaining both the highest number of votes cast, and having received at least a quarter of the votes at each of at least two-thirds of the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The section reads: “If no candidate satisfies the requirement, a second election will be held between the two leading candidates within seven days from the pronouncement of the result.”

Read the above, there won't be any rerun.
