But one can easily guess which camp each of these states will swing.
For instance, Borno, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara are clearly pro Buhari, while Bayelsa, Delta nad Rivers are for Atiku. taraba is a 50-50 for either of them

Read my post properly. I did not say he will lead Atiku by 13 million votes, but said he will win by securing over 13 million votes. Right now Buhari is leading Atiku with 3,923,870 but this figure will certainly go up once the remaining states mentioned above are declared

imagine if all voters donate 10 naira each to me...

With the release of Taraba and Borno, I think Buhari's total tally in this election will most likely cross the 14 MILLION votes line
He will certainly claim victory in Zamfara, Kebbi,Sokoto, while cornering some votes in bayelsa, Delta and Rivers.

It is no longer will he win? But we are now clearly looking at by what margin will the victory be
