Our client, a major player in the telecom industry needs to urgently fill the following openings..


1. Business analyst :
• First degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 3 to 5 year relevant work experience
• Certification in and/or working knowledge of the following:
a. Telecoms reference architecture
b. Six Sigma
c. Telecoms Business process Framework (E-TOM)
d. Mobile telecoms network architecture
• Complex modelling techniques
• Technical writing
• Analytical and conceptual expertise
• Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements
• Creation of the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
• Administrative and reporting abilities

2. IT Systems Engineer, an administrator with experience in hardware maintenance. 2-5 years experience.

3. IP Network Engineer with 2-5 years experience (CCNA, CCNP). IP phoney and experience with Avaya.

4. CORE CS Senior Engineer:

· Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all Core Network NEs including MSOFTX3000, UMG, HLR, STP, SBC and NGN and associated elements
· Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network
· Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until it solved, Case owner once they get it from CS TL/Manager or Shift Duty Engineer
· Solve the problems within SLA base on the contract
· Daily health check performance and analysis, report immediately in case of any ambiguity
· To be involved in planned activities, like BSC/RNC integration, POI integration, new node integration in the network

5. UCC System Administrator
At least 2 years of unified communication working experience on any OEM equipment
At least 2 years successful project experience with a role of UC administrator
Be familiar with SIP and collaboration technology.
Be familiar with other OEM experience.
Must have professional certification in any of the fields: IP unified communication, video conferencing, Call Center, cloud computing or Networking.
Excellent in communication skill, be able to convince the customer and complete UC Trainings for customers/Partners.
