Yeah I have heard. It is also known as periodic, episodic rape. Lolzzzzz. The fact is the woman and brother should be locked up for the rape not the man alone. They both committed the rape offense.

A Kastina man who allegedly raped his brother's wife, has been arrested and arraigned in court after the incident was reported at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Musawa. The 35-year-old man, Abubakar Garba, of Dorayi village in the Musawa Local Government Area of Katsina State, allegedly raped his brother's wife, after his elder brother Usman took ill and was away in Katsina for medical examination and treatment.

The man who reportedly lured his brother's wife into his room and had sexual intercourse with her “on different occasions", was charged with rape under Section 183 of the Penal Code.
