Am from Kenya. My county (the region I come from) has a lot of raw talents from poetry,literature writing, music to acting. The problem is that there's no motivation for these people. I was thinking of ways of promoting these talents; but I don't know how to do it since am currently unemployed. How to motivate these people to be productive and earn themselves good cash from their God given talents. Personally am a writer, writing a book on talents. Please if someone can advise on how I should organise these talented youths to be productive, boost creativity and innovation in my region.
