mPulse is a service from MTN which equips students between the ages of 9 and 15 with all the resources they need to maximize their potential and be all they want to be. The services has two features: the mPulse tariff and the mPulse website. Some months ago MTN NG blocked adult customers from migrating to mPulse and reduced the value of data for N150.
