A federal high court in Kano on Monday nullified the primary election that led to emergence of PDP gubernatorial candidate in Kano, Abba Yusuf.

The judge, Lewis Allagoa, ruled that the PDP did not conduct governorship primary election in Kano, and declared the candidature of Mr Yusuf null and void.

A PDP gubernatorial aspirant, Ali Amin-little, had approached the court, challenging the process that led to emergence of Mr Yusuf as PDP gubernatorial candidate in Kano.

Kwankwaso brought this upon himself!

He asked Ganduje's former Deputy Governor, Prof. Hafuz, to defect from APC to PDP and promised him the Kano PDP governorship ticket.

The same Kwankwaso promised Alhaji Little the same ticket. He promised two other top PDP guys the same ticket.

When they all discovered that he had promised each one of them the same single ticket, and was only deceiving them all, they demanded primaries.

Kwankwaso deceived them and agreed to go for primaries. In the end, NO primary election was held in Kano, Kwankwaso simply sent the name of his son-in-law, Yusuf, to INEC (in cahoots with eternal 2nd-position-taking PDP National Chairman, Uche Secondus) as PDP candidate!

The Federal High Court did the right thing!

The same way Magnus Abe taught Amaechi a political lesson, Little is also teaching Kwankwaso!

Typical of apc miscreants; where they lack coherent and meaningful defense for their follies, they revert to their diarrheaic ramblings.

This nulification must have been sponsored by PDP. Wike might have planned this nullification and it is likely the judge is an indigene of Rivers State. The APC rejects this nullification. It is an attempt to escape defeat and disgrace.

APC will receive almost 90% of the total votes. PDP you are not smart. Don't run away. Come and participate on Saturday election. Shame. Shame to PDP. APC is not excited at all by the Court Judgement which is a way of escaping defeat and shame.

So, basically the PDP will not have candidate in Kano state, just like APC in Rivers. What is good for the guns is good for Uganda

It is not the same. APC wants to defeat PDP in Kano. This is a way of escape. This judgement and the judgement that prevented APC from fielding a candidate in Rivers is the same. It is just logic. Both judgement are in favour of PDP.

It is not good for anyone and it is a bad precedent. Inec should have been more forceful. You are disenfranchising a large number of people. Inec needs to go back and bring in a new strategy to combat this menace.

So does it mean they won't have any governorship candidate for the election in the state?
