Thanks to various interventions by the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), and global oil business leaders such as Saudi Arabia, Russia and Iraq, the oil industry gradually reversed from its low prices of 2015.

But the poor conditions of our refineries are costing us so much.
