Government should stop people from selling on the road.

It is the people that will never listen they will always claim the govt is punishing them because they are poor and preventing them from getting their daily bread.

A horrific truck accident left at least five women dead at Alagolo market in Orita-merin, Ibadan, Oyo state capital, on Wednesday, 6th of March, 2019.

According to reports, the truck was coming down the Mapo hill when it crushed the female traders at the centre of the market yesterday.
It was gathered that there were no survivors in the accident as the victims were brought out from underneath the truck.

Olaitan Olatunji, a trader in the market told ADITU that, the heap of sand at scene of the incident as a result of ongoing road construction in area – prevented the victims from being alert of the imminent danger.

She added that the truck was suspected to have had a brake failure while coming down the hill.
The corpses has been taken to an undisclosed mortuary.

seriously Ajimobi tried a lot on stopping people selling by road side.. He informed people about the hazard and built new markets in some area... Established agencies that was arresting people selling by road side. But when he wanted to contested for second term he stopped it and people go back to the road side.

One of the sins of Ajimobi was that he attempted to stop people from trading on the roads. His government built stores and sheds at safe places within Ibadan, but people refused to move and even politicians from other parties used it to campaign against him.
Ibadan indigenes are the most stupid set of people in the southwest, from their king to the least person among them.
