Its used to pain me when i see most of people complain about this disease calle rheumatism especialy our old woman or man. But anyway trying to do this simple herb and thank God. Reumathism... Bark of bitter kola tree(epo igi orogbo), put it into a pot, add salt substitute(obu otoyo) in to it. Then cook it with clean drinkable water. Take A cup in the morning and night. |
