You are right in what you said they are two different things, a seating Governor can't be arrested till he leaves office, but EFCC are just following the order of the executive, they are being used by the Federal government to fight oppositions they are not independent of themselves. Fayose account was frozen when he was a Governor, why can't EFCC freeze Ganduje account too.

Gbam!!!! After all they are the ones who impoverished Nigerians. Imagine 1 billion Naira of our Money stolen by Rochas. Infact Rochas should be jailed. All of them should be jailed.
