Oga, the news is actually FAKE, the certificate uploaded is doctored and not Abdulrahman's certificate. The original one is with INEC. Im an insider and i know about this

I just checked Sahara reporters' website and the story is no where to be found. Kwara PDP are already feasting on this fake news and also used it to make propaganda online. Im happy Sahara Reporters did the needful. The news is FAKE.
