More than 13000 people were killed and thrice that number sustained varying degrees of injury in the last 3 years according to the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics from a road traffic accidents. We have built a simple website service where anyone who has been injured or killed in a road accident or their representative (like a family member or close friend), can submit information about the road accident. We would help the victim get an attorney to help victims claim tangible compensation money from the insurer of the vehicle which caused the victim injury or death, so the victim can pay medical bills, and in cases when life was lost reasonable compensation would be paid to the victim's family to take care of their needs.

We can make this happen because of the provision of The Third Party Insurance act of 1945 in Nigeria, Even though many people are not aware of their rights in that law, this law clearly shows that compensation money should be paid to victims of road traffic accidents.

Thank you for your kind words. We believe these will keep the vehicle owners in check because they know that their insurer would charge them heavy premiums when the get involved in accidents. The cost of paying compensation will make them fix their vehicles and check their drivers to make sure they don't get involved in accidents.
