NewsmakersNG Segun Atanda/ Voters in some parts of Lagos today had nothing good to say about the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), after waiting till about 2:30 pm before officials arrived with election materials. At some polling units in Kosofe Local Government Area, INEC officials arrived after 2pm when the election process is expected to have ended. Voting, however, commenced at about 2:20pm. @op, your heading is misleading. INEC recorded failure in some units in kosofe. You sounded as if the election started by 2pm everywhere. |
