Job Vacancy for IT Support Interns (SIWES, NYSC and Fresh Graduates)

An IT/Software company located in Surulere, Lagos which specializes in web, mobile and enterprise applications is seeking to employ
competent Interns / SIWES students and Fresh Graduates (Awaiting NYSC, Serving or recently completed NYSC) to fill available vacancies.

Job Description
- Assist clients with support issues
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
- Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management
- Carrying out user acceptance tests.
- Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
- Develop team-based work competencies.
- Deliver on other relevant tasks as may be assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Must have basic Computer knowledge and be ready to learn.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Must be intelligent, self-disciplined, confident and ready to work.
- Detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure.
- Must not be above 27 years.
- Must reside around Surulere and environs.
