Given business contracts, can research and understand how to file specific motions in that jurisdiction. You will write these motions with the intent of them being filed by the plaintiff themselves - so do not be concerned with your licensing limitations. We are looking for intelligent legal minds who can adapt their knowledge of common, quickly get up to speed with our DIY clientele and assist with their adding legal pressure onto their counterparts where applicable.
