I still hate cooked onion. Especially In okro soup.

Dont like too many onions in food.

But suya without plenty onions is not worth eating

I eat uncooked onions but can't stand the sight of cooked onions in my food. You can grind 10 onions for a meal but don't let me see it.

When I was a kid, I usually see Onions as meat on my food... I carefully select the onions to one side, then devour it all after eating my food.

Thats raw one naw! And even with Suya sef. Everyone likes that.

But they don't like boiled onions, do they? In my childhood, I didn't. But now, only some select food like Indomie.

I wonder too. My daughter hates it with passion. She begs me all d time not to cook with onions. I grate it so she won't have to see it in her food.

I agree with you less on this my dear ......my daughter comes to mind . She eats onion in it raw states infact u as an adult will want to throw up ,buh wen she sees fried or cooked onion and tomatoes she's picks the hell out of them inside her fried egg .

I did not hate it as a kid. Infact, my mom always added extra onion whenever she sends me to go grind pepper, cos she knew I would be eating them till I get to my destination.

I have always loved onions. I can eat it in any forms and I believe a food is incomplete without onion.

Same here, l prefer it in its raw state, not just onions but garlic and ginger as well, l sometimes crush and boil ginger /onions / garlic with lipton tea bag in it for tea, l don't joke with onions, garlic and ginger, infact there is no week l don't eat a minimum of 2 medium sized onions,a cup of fresh garlic fingers and 10 pieces of garlic, it's health benefits are amazing, continue to encourage your kids to eat it fresh, if possible introduce garlic and ginger to them, it is one of the best if not the best antioxidants around, it boost immunity and keeps you away from flu, ailments, and several sicknesses
