To all those having issues with invalid password and email, just create a new account with a fresh email... Pls don't use Yahoo mail... I just changed mine from Yahoo mail to Gmail and it worked. Shalom.

But before you log out place your hand on the part of the screen that contains bio data which is the first menu...
After clearing cache once you try to login again and it says login in
Start clicking that part of the screen where you placed your hand, click like there's no tomorrow, most especially if you added professional cert and it's not necessary to you please jejely remove it..
For the passport aspect, as soon as I cropped from directly above my head to directly below my jaw it worked. I was even shocked.

Pictures size 200kb below, 600x600 px, crop directly above your head to directly below your jaw.. That's what worked for me, good morning

I really don't know but I feel you should try a purely white background, you can get someone to hold your white shirt behind you while you take a selfie. then crop the image just above your head and just below your beard. Then resize using Microsoft paint to 600x600 pixel and try again, frustrating process tbh.

Open in paint, resize to 600 by 600 until you get below 200Kb. Makesure its on a white background.

I even edit and edit using photoshop, but the simple steps above will help out

Yes I saw optional there and since I do not have any professional cert I continued and it did not give me any issues. My regular number is 2hundred and. God will see us through.

What i find quite strange is the document upload section where it was stated it must be in JPG or PNG format.. How did you guys upload your cv as i expect this to be either in doc or pdf.

Additionally, I uploaded a professional certificate and it was showing another person's document in the picture. please how do i address this.
