No amount of emotional blackmail will change the fact that the guy has erred on his first task. Yes we were all here seeking for info before we got success mails, yes some of us are dying to share some little info we have with you guys, but we cannot as it goes against what we stand for now. Bros stop being self centered abeg, these guys prayed day and night, some fasted and begged God in the middle of the Night, many shed tears of joy when they finally got their APL. during the orientation, NNPC consistently kept warning them on the consequence of sharing info to the public without autorization. Even if there's 99% chance that NNPC were bluffing, I won't advice anyone to take the 1% risk. You keep on saying "nothing will happen and even if something happen, activist will fight for their right and they'll get hundreds of millions or billion", I just laughed and in my mind I said guy u wicked and u can push person wey no wise inside pit. Breaking news, the GMD is also an employee. He wouldn't dare disclose any company secret or sensitive info.

My point is that we should be able to tell the difference between "a non-specific news of encouragement" and "disclosing sensitive info" which drew unnecessary criticism and apprehension.

I understand, but it's the wording used by some of them, categorically saying "we ain't on same level anymore" " we are on the other side of the divide"

It just brought back some bad memories of someone I sacrificed a slot to a top government agency for. When I asked him recently if any recruitment is on going( heard rumours). He said something similar to the words above. This just made me realised, na every man for himself in this country.
This NNPC GTs is just a small example. They even attacked and scared away the nice ones who are trying to ease tension for EH

My dear, keep quiet. It was visible to the blind and audible to the deaf that there was nothing top secret about this information from day 1. You guys were just privileged to hear it, and all you needed to do was to allay our fears, even if you had to do it implicitly.
