Anyone here interviewed for management cadre?
It seems everybody coming for the interview were seeing same set of interview panel according to your discipline.
No time to really drill the management cadre candidates by subject matter experts.

Not even according to your discipline, because some panelists were from other disciplines hence the generic questions.

Just to confirm if tomorrow is still the final interview date for all .

According to what the ursher that took me in said... There are 39 panels for GT and they interview 20 candidates per day.. Doing the rough estimate plus EH.. 9000+ is right.

That doesn't sound like a very good interview practice. Then they will interview for instance EH engineers, supervisors, operatives, and management level applicants. Asking almost similar questions for all the 3 levels.
But it's all good. We will get the job and next recruitment by NNPC will be better organised. Truly this one is by far better than recruitment from most Nigerian agencies. Arranging for a CBT for 60k candidates same day, with minimal failures/complaints, was a big plus for them.

I had my interview on Tuesday , all my Panel members were old senior men of NNPC. Not a single smile came from their mouth. One even dozed off till it was his turn to ask question.
As just a GT hopeful, they fired me from every angle, Nothing like define, or what do you understand by.., maybe they knew I was super prepared for that type.
Introduce yourself (they didn't even introduce themselves first , guess I'm not worth that honour to them).
