For those still having issues with the Passport upload: 1. Open the Photo with Paint on your computer
2. Crop the photo from the top of your head to below your chin
3. Also crop the sides of the photo too, leaving a little space after your ears.
4. Resize the photo to 600px for Horizontal and 700px for vertical
5. Save and upload
This method works 100%. I have a cafe and I have successfully uploaded over 300 applications.

This worked for me, Am so grateful. I crop the passport as he described on my phone.. Resized it with photo scale app on the phone as he described.. I uploaded and it was accepted

Well, its worth a try but please don't invest too much emotions into it. Act like them and just submit your credentials yo fulfill all righteousness and then act like the job isn't yours. That way, the heartbreak is less painful..

Snap a photo with your phone up to chest level. Open the captured photo on your PC with PAINT. Click resize photo, select pixels. Then input 450 as the horizontal parameter, the vertical parameter would update to about 600.
Crop the image then save.
This method will also reduce the size to less than 50kb.
