If you are still having issues, try and crop the picture to touch your head a bit.

I also think it is a network thing though, once the network is less congested, it goes through.

I have been able to upload all the required documents, I went to summary only to realise that my date of birth changed to 01/01/1970. All attempt to correct and save proved abortive as it still returned back to the same date. Did anyone experience thesame problem? What can I do to correct this?

this passport is blurred or blurry.

Go take a fresh one from a photo studio. Tell them to set the resolution to 600 x 600 and the size to something around 100kb . They should do all this while cropping and editing. Don't take it home to go do it yourself to avoid alter the resolution.

Please, how long did it take you to upload once you got the correct image? And will it still write that 'processing image quality' of a thing?

O it did. But trust me, you'd hardly notice it. I had my own challenge but that's really what worked for me.

More than it focusing on your face, let it boldly show your face, like, if possible, your face should fill about 60% of the image - also, try doing it very early in the morning.

I also had my own challenge.

My passport has finally been accepted after many many troubleshooting.

You won't believed what I did before it was accepted either did I for I know God made it possible.

Experiencing the same thing, I think their code is taking default date of birth instead of user input. They are only one that can correct that.

Could you upload professional certificates? If yes, how? Asking because I've uploaded all other certificates but the professional certificates could not upload. Though they are below 200kb each and in JPG and png.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT

1. After scanning or snapping the passport, open it with your computer.

2. Open Snipping Tool software (all windows computer have it, so just search the name on the search bar)

3. Drag the + symbol, that appear, to your passport to draw the size you want for the passport and it will open in the Snipping Tool software (Note: You should ensure your head and shoulder are included)

4. Click on File

5. Select 'Save As'

6. Type the name you want

7. Click on Save

Now you can upload the passport successfully.

you have to crop this picture. your face constitutes less than 50% of d whole picture. crop it, let your face occupy 60% of the whole picture, resize it to 530x580, or 600x600
