Going through comments here just makes me sad! What is clear is that our standard of education is declining everyday. Youths who're supposed to be leaders of tomorrow can't even read and comprehend very little things. I want to believe nairaland is not a true representation of the intelligence of the average Nigerian youth. The level of dumbness here is so alarming. For God's sake it's a normal practice in election tribunal matters for both the petitioner and the respondent to seek the permission of the court to mandate INEC to allow unhindered inspection of materials used for the election. It's usually the first step in election petition, it allows the petitioner to put his case together and submit before the tribunal and also allows the respondent to prepare his defence ahead of time.

Just my thought. I think the press is adding to our problem. There are some things they should not just publish. Buhari has no business with the investigation. Interfering with the investigation will arouse suspicion that he is guilty.
