Any truthful person knows that INEC had been compromised long before the election and so has the judiciary. Atiku should just embrace his fate and move on. What Atiku is trying to achieve is tantamount to CHASING AND CATCHING THE WIND. This is a futile quest.


My honest advise to Atiku, "Please forget about the tribunal and everything about 2019 general elections because you are fighting that has been lost before it began. Winning in court is like MISSION IMPOSSIBLE and a waste of funds."

Inec cannot release election materials for any party to avoid been tampered with it, however it only duty of tribunal to summon inec official in court to defend any allegation from any political parties. PDP did not have power to demand for inec materials especially the sensitive materials because that's what they will use to defend themselves in court.

But Buhari has been granted access into the election materials.
APC has really destroyed this nation. If rule of law has no place in humanity.
