Getting a job in any company is not that quite easy nowadays. Due to some certain challenge in the country today, it hard to find a company recruiting. It not really the matter of finding the job but those that are in position are really the problem why most of the graduate are not employed.

The reason I said this, is because a lot of people that are in high position in the company will want to employ those that are closely related to them not thinking about those that have wide knowledge about the job because they are not closely related to them in any way.

Now, nobody cares about your qualification when it comes to job employment, what the care for is money.
