A friend of mine from u s a sent me money via western union when I got to bank today I was told the system replied " customer not allowed refund in progress" . Pls my fellow nairalander have any one has such experience. I ask my friend to call them they are say it is not about my friend that it is about me. Is it a crime to be a Nigerian ? |
