We will accept pieces in the following categories:

Humor

We don’t know your definition of humor, but here is ours: The ability to use experiences to incite laughter and provide amusement. In simpler words, in case you missed it. If you recently went through an ordeal that would make others laugh and perhaps, learn, then we want to read it.

Satires

Satires are articles used to depict and criticize the wrongdoings and silliness of a person or society, using irony, humor, exaggeration or ridicule. It aims to correct errors of humanity by criticizing its misgivings. Hey, if we have to define satires for you, you probably shouldn’t bother submitting.

Life Hacks

Life hacks fall under any walkthroughs, trick, shortcut, or methods that promote productivity and efficiency in all areas of life. We want to read about how you managed to beat the slow system and get your work done.

Lifestyle

We want to read about interests, behaviors, opinions, or behavioral inclinations of a certain set of people, race, culture, or individual.

Guide

Can you give us detailed information about a subject? We want to read it if you promise it will be funny. We don’t want to sleep off while scrolling through your article.

Others

We don’t want to limit your creativity, so if your content does not fall under any of the above, feel free to submit. All we ask is that you make it fun.

Article formats: You can submit articles as a long piece or thread-like with images.

Specify if you want to be paid for the articles.

Include your bank account details in the piece you send to our email.

Terms and conditions for paid submissions

The article piece must be original; meaning it has never been published somewhere else. Don’t worry; we have our ways of finding out.

We will retain all rights to the article upon acceptance. This means that we have the right to edit, adjust, or refocus the article if we decide to accept your submission.

You will provide the memes. If you intend submitting an article under humor or in a thread-like format, you will be doing us a favor by providing images to back them up. We will get pictures for other articles that do not apply, but you get the gist.

We will make payments only after the article goes live on the website. Until it does, you will have to stay put. If your article aligns with our thoughts, we will probably publish the post within a week.

If you request to be paid for the article, we have the right to decide if your name will be attached to the paid submissions or not. We will give credits for free article submissions.

We will not accept submissions attacking any race, tribe or culture. As much as we like crazy, we still want to keep it civilized. You can make jokes all you want.

Payments

We are currently only offering payments for writers in Nigeria. We will pay between 3000 naira and 5000 naira for each accepted post, depending on the quality of the content.

Perks

If we publish up to 10 of your submissions, we will provide you a contributor’s account on the website.
