Gtb a useless and unprofessional bank taking over 2 hours to update account in gtb Burma rd useless bank useless branch lazy staff

What do you expect? It should be done in a minute? Abeg park well. First Bank cannot even update a first classic account to a real one in any of their branches. They will refer you to the branch where you opened it.

Gtb very very useless bank, went to their Mgbuoba branch by location junction Port-Harcourt on Saturday morning to do ATM withdrawal, surprisingly, the machine refused paying anyone with Gtb card while paying non Gtb ATM cards, I was furious, claiming it should have been the other way round, a customer jokingly told me that the machines were programmed that way so that they could get enough commission from customers using non Gtb card. Don't know how true it is but I am still bitter over the experience.
