. The use of card readers is not back by the Electoral Act but it is back by regulations validly made by Inec. Regulations have the same force of law as Acts made by the National assembly.

Ok thanks alot...I will remain positive.

Are you for real?

In Agbaje vs Ambode case, the Supreme court struck out the case on the ground of incompetence, it has nothing to do with card reader ooh. I have interest in that case, so don't deceive Nigerians.

Wole won that case on technical ground. That is the only thing he is good at.
Bring up the ruling lets see

And who told you they are there to provide electoral support. To over-turn that card reader precedence, we need an experienced constitutional lawyer.

Senatordave1 see someone that is learned here. Like I told you, APC will be relying on some outdated precedence to cling onto power, but we are going to set aside that precedence with chapter 1 of the electoral act and the INEC electoral guideline for 2019 election.

Only a lawyer knows this, your moniker shows you as one.

Lol, this is a flattery.

You can't institute a legal proceeding without servicing the summon personally. I have used that before to buy time in one useless litigation in Bayelsa to buy my lawyer some time.

Don't forget Wole is leading Buhari's team and that is favourite tactics anything he is clueless that guy is vulnerable without Ikpeazu SAN.

In 2015, Buhari (APC) vs Jonathan, that is a pre-election case at the Supreme court about the use of military in election, Wole dragged that case shameless that it was overtaken by events. A lot of lawyers blasted him for that and he shamefully defended that is also a defence tactics.

He is doing the same thing again to buy time, APC legal team is afraid of case so they are dodging summons. Don't forget they recently called for the arrest of Atiku and Secondus for accessing INEC server.

PDP is lining up 400 witnesses which is one of the biggest ever and they have hard evidence that is why they want the case to begin immediately.

With this motion, PDP can even serve them through the newspaper and APC will be forced to begin their defence or they will lose out entirely and their will be no leave for appeal.

Wole is not running to anywhere, let see how he can perform without Ikpeazu SAN.

Those fools rigged the election.

See you,am ashamed of your noise,,,,, political jingua...

APC will crush PDP if PDP tries to make this case an APC vs PDP thing.

But if they focus on INEC and on the weaknesses of their process, then it will be easier.

"The use of card reader in elections is foreign to our law" is a PDP argument that led to a precedence at the Supreme court but PDP can try to over turn this by basing their argument on Chapter 1 of the electoral act and the 2019 INEC election guidelines.

This is the reason we need Ikpeazu, this falls in his area of strength.

If that precedence is overturned, it is over for APC, because I am sure APC is building their cases on some electoral precedences.

Another brilliant one from the brilliant ChristianNorth unlike those buharideens who keeps misquoting my submission on the importance of the Smart Card Reader. According to chapter 1 of the electoral act, smart card reader in this year (2019) unlike in 2015 is an integral part of the Electoral Act which I know Atiku's team will use this time around. INEC even threatened to cancel election results in polling units across the nation where smart card readers are not used. It is that serious. Thank you pal

You are smart.

You know section 52 of the first amendment after 2015 election that signed by Jonathan legalized the use of card readers, so it will be recognized by law.

With that Section and INEC official guideline, PDP has a case here.
