I was refused a UK visa 3 years ago and a US visa afterwards probably because I am single. I work in a bank and my travel history are just DUbai and South Africa.
My friend (Nigerian by birth) who is a US veteran (Navy) and a citizen is thinking of inviting me just for a vacation. I work in a bank and marital status hasn’t changed.

Please what are my chances? Should I go for it or still build my travel experience?

when did you make your Dubai and SA trips? Your travel history is not bad but your ties to 9ja might be of concern,especialy your single status but if you have the cash apply U. K again,you can also visit then apply U.S around November if you don't have specific travel time yet. Read part 2-3 of these thread, it will help you
learn and gather more info,God on your side, i believe these should fly

Dubai was before my UK visa in 2016 and SA was just in December 2018.

Hello house, my interview is slated for tomorrow. I have a concern. I mistakenly deleted my interview confirmation letter from my mail box. All the attempt to reprint it proves abortive. What I have currently doesn't show the barcode. Below is the picture of what I have. Hope there wnt be any issue?

i think you have activated self panic mood hence you are not settled, calm down look up the left corner you will find the code and you can re - print,else the touts at the gate go make money for your head atleast 5k

Again, lemme understand this, is it that you have another profile and you are setting up a new one or what? I ask because I see you are being asked to UPLOAD YOUR PASSPORT, and that is huge! Are you the one behind this your application or someone else is/was doing it for you? Wondering though

Please i want to know if its just me or if the dropbox renewal in Lagos Embassy is taking more time than necessary.
There is no status update for my visa when i track it on ceac website.
The last update is 18th March and it says ''Application Received''.
When i track my passport is says ''there is no status update for the passport number submitted''
Who else is experiencing this?

Hello guys, I was denied visa today but my parents were given. That was my piority and I’m happy they got it. I noticed 99% of all the young people I saw both married and single were denied only old people. For those who intend to go for their interview you guys should pray and hope for the best.

@ysteph, Same thing with me. I am even tired of tracking the thing sef.

I guess it is a general problem then.
I did not birth in the US and i havent stayed more than 19 days at each visit.

Oshey indeed... You were just doing oversabi. I had no issue with my interview, since I was able to see the date and time. They have there own list to cross check. If you are not sure about an issue, just chill

I get your time. Lolz. You should admit that you are not an island of knowledge as far as US visa application is concern. Yes, I went with the appointment letter I uploaded above, thou it doesn't show the barcode but since it's shows the day and time of appointment, that's all that matters. And it's still the same profile.
