I need some advice dear nairalanders. I tried to pay for something online with my zenith bank MasterCard. I was debited, about #77,000. but the merchant was not credited. Hence I couldn't get the value I wanted. I contacted the bank, and they promised to do a reversal within 10 working days. This is the 11th working day, still no alert. I contacted them again, and they told me that they were still looking into the transaction.

I am aware of a CBN directive to banks to sort issues like this within 24 hours. does it apply to thus case? what can I do to make this people refund my money?
